Heat a glass of your desired milk, whether animal or a plant-based alternative. Then add 1-2 spoons of our spice mix for golden milk. If you like it sweet, you can sweeten this healthy drink with a spoonful of honey or agave syrup.

Since turmeric is fat-soluble and can be better absorbed by the body, a few drops of good oil or coconut fat in the Golden Milk are a valuable tip!
